1. Information we process
When you use the downloader, you provide a TikTok URL. Our servers may also process standard technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, request time, referring page, response status and security or error logs. We do not ask for your TikTok password.
2. How we use information
We use submitted URLs and technical data to provide the requested service, protect the site from abuse, diagnose failed requests, maintain reliability, understand aggregate usage and comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-party processing
CyberVid uses hosting and network providers, and the downloader may contact external media-processing services to resolve a submitted public TikTok URL. Those providers may receive the URL and server network information necessary to process the request. The final media file may be served from a third-party content delivery domain.
4. Google AdSense and advertising
Where advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, local storage, IP addresses and related technologies to serve, measure and personalize ads, subject to your region and consent choices. Google’s own privacy terms govern its processing. We do not place advertising code on this Privacy Policy page.
5. Cookies and consent
CyberVid may use essential browser storage for basic site functionality and, where enabled, advertising technologies may use cookies or similar identifiers. In regions where consent is required, advertising consent should be collected through the consent mechanism configured for this site. See our Cookie Policy.
6. Your privacy choices
Where Google’s privacy messaging is available, use the “Privacy & cookie settings” control in the footer to revisit consent choices. You can also manage browser cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect advertising or site functionality.
7. Retention and security
Operational logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed for security, diagnostics and hosting operations, subject to provider retention settings and legal requirements. We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
CyberVid is a general-audience utility and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the issue.
9. International processing
Hosting, advertising and technical providers may process data in countries other than your own. Applicable safeguards and provider terms may vary by service and region.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect service, legal or provider changes. The date at the top will be revised when the policy changes materially.
