1. The service
CyberVid provides a web interface that attempts to resolve public TikTok video URLs into available media links. The service may depend on third-party websites, APIs, hosting providers and content delivery networks that are outside our control.
2. Your responsibility
You may only use CyberVid for content you own, content you have permission to download, or content you are otherwise legally entitled to save or use. You are responsible for complying with copyright, privacy, publicity, contract and platform rules that apply to you.
3. Prohibited use
- Do not use CyberVid to infringe copyright or other intellectual-property rights.
- Do not attempt to bypass private-account restrictions, authentication, paywalls or access controls.
- Do not use automated traffic, scraping or request floods that interfere with service availability.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity.
- Do not misrepresent CyberVid as being affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok or ByteDance.
4. No transfer of rights
A successful download does not transfer ownership or licensing rights in the underlying video, music, performance, likeness, caption or other material. Rights remain with their respective owners.
5. Availability
We do not guarantee that every link will work, that a particular quality will be available, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Provider changes, rate limits, regional restrictions, hosting incidents and platform updates can affect availability without notice.
6. Third-party links and services
CyberVid may return a media URL hosted by a third party. We are not responsible for third-party availability, content, privacy practices or changes. Use third-party destinations at your own discretion.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the service will meet every requirement or that all provider data will be accurate, complete or continuously available.
8. Limitation and suspension
We may rate-limit, restrict or suspend access when necessary to protect the service, respond to abuse, comply with law or maintain system reliability.
9. Changes
We may modify these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an updated version is posted constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
