Legal

Copyright & DMCA

CyberVid is intended for lawful downloading of content users own or are authorized to save. We respect intellectual-property rights.

Responsible use

CyberVid does not claim ownership of videos submitted through the downloader. Users must obtain any permission required to download, copy, republish, distribute or commercially use third-party content.

Reporting a copyright concern

If you believe CyberVid itself is hosting, linking to, or facilitating access to material in a way that infringes your rights, email info@cyberorion.pk with enough information for us to evaluate the notice.

A useful notice should include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  • The CyberVid URL or other specific information identifying the material or page at issue.
  • Your name and a reliable way to contact you.
  • A statement explaining your rights or authority to act for the rights holder.
  • A good-faith statement that the complained-of use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or applicable law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.

Depending on the applicable law and the nature of the request, additional information may be required. We may ask follow-up questions before taking action.

What CyberVid can control

The normal CyberVid workflow returns a media location supplied by an external processing path rather than permanently hosting every requested TikTok video on cybervid.online. This means we may not control the underlying TikTok post or remote media host. Where appropriate, we can investigate our own pages, access paths or service configuration.

False or abusive notices

Please do not submit knowingly false, misleading or abusive copyright claims. A legal notice can have consequences for the sender as well as the recipient.

Platform note: CyberVid is not affiliated with TikTok or ByteDance. Concerns about content hosted directly on TikTok may also need to be reported through TikTok’s own rights-reporting process.
